The Commanderie de Bordeaux á Calgary was established twenty years ago. The very first Commanderie in the world came into being in 1957; the total number at present is sixty, from Singapore to Paris and in between. The purpose of the Commanderie is to organize and encourage meetings, wine tastings, dinners and other occasions for the enjoyment and comparison of the wines of Bordeaux.
Membership is by invitation only.
